HANDMADE NOTICE

Please be aware that most items on our website are handmade. With that in mind products may slightly differ in color from one another. Also, there will be space in your lip gloss tube, lip scrub, lip mask, body butter, sugar scrub, body wash, body lotion and body oil to allow for closure of the product. We weigh each item in its packaging before shipping to ensure you receive the correct amount of product.

NOTE: All ingredients are listed within every product description and Forever Harmony Cosmetics Company LLC is not responsible for any allergies or injuries.

PROCESSING TIMES

Forever Harmony Cosmetics Company LLC has a processing window of 5-7 business days. You will receive an initial order confirmation and then a shipping confirmation with a tracking number when your order has been scanned at the post office. Please note that the processing window does not include shipping time. If there are any additional delays, you will be updated via email.

SHIPPING POLICY

Thanks for shopping with Forever Harmony Cosmetics Company LLC! We ship all of our orders via USPS, FedEx, and DHL. Shipping times will vary based on carrier but for USA deliveries you should expect to receive your package within 7-10 days of shipped date. Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipping. Once packages are received by USPS, FedEx, or DHL, we are no longer responsible for the package. Forever Harmony Cosmetics Company LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, please contact USPS, FedEx or DHL with any other questions or concerns. USPS customer service phone number is 1-800-275-8777. FedEx customer service phone number is 1-800-463-3339, and DHL customer service phone number is 1-800-225-5345.

** If there is any damage to your items please contact us within 48 hours of receiving items at info@fhcosmetics.com.

** We will not refund orders that have shipped to the provided address.

If a package is shipped and your address is incorrect or undeliverable and the items are returned to us reshipping charges are to be paid by the customer.

Additionally, there may be nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes, inclement weather, etc.) which may impact your estimated delivery date.

NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (outside of the USA)

When ordering from Forever Harmony Cosmetics Company LLC you accept that you may incur import taxes upon arrival to your post office. Forever Harmony Cosmetics Company LLC is not responsible for any customs, or import fees (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) you may incur during or after shipping. We will not refund for refusal of package(s) due to these fees or for packages that are lost overseas. Many times packages take a month or more to arrive.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There is a strict NO REFUND POLICY* due to the products in which we sell. By placing any order on our website you are confirming this policy. However, we may replace an item if it is incorrect or damaged. All orders are inspected before shipping to ensure excellent condition. However, If you do receive a damaged or incorrect item, we do apologize! We ask that you please contact us at info@fhcosmetics.com within 48 hours of receipt of the item with your order number, a photo with original packaging, and details of the product defect and someone from our team will respond to you within 48 hours.

Forever Harmony Cosmetics Company LLC does not accept order cancellations after an order has been shipped.

* If an order was returned to FH Cosmetics Co. due to an insufficient address, the customer may request a refund, the order must be in the possession of FH Cosmetics Co. for a partial refund to be issued! (Note: The use of packaging material and shipping service will be deducted from the subtotal.)

BUSINESS RIGHTS

Forever Harmony Cosmetics Company LLC has the right to refuse services and ban customers from shopping with us.
